• We always welcome & encourage farm pickup. If you are considering pickup, please contact us for a Price Quote.

  • We will only ship within the Continental US as we have encountered to many issues otherwise.

  • We ship with USPS Express and in most cases its one-to-three-day delivery. 

  • DUE TO USPS DELIVERY & HANDLING ISSUES WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEAD BIRDS THAT ARRIVE AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME ON THE SHIPPING RECEIPT.

  • We do guarantee live delivery to your post office within the time & date on the receipt from the post office.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Due to the nature of the item's we sell, we do not take returns or do exchanges or give refunds. There is no guarantee on birds after they are picked up from the post office as we have no control with: your water, food and interactions with other birds and or animals at the bird's location. 

  • IF a bird arrives alive but has a condition, we must be contacted within 2 hours of pick up and will need pictures and each case will be handled at said time.

  • Shipping is based on zip code & weight of birds.

  • Bigger birds will have a slightly higher rate and smaller birds will have a slightly lower rate, depending on box size needed. Box charge is included in the shipping price.

  • We Normally start shipping in October (Weather permitting) and ship until early spring. We do not ship during the week of any Holidays.
